Hi,
there is evidence that high dose NAC can cause depletion of zinc when taken long term by forming a complex with the zinc and increasing it's renal excretion (see linked studies below). I wonder, if it is OK to take 600 mg NAC with zinc/ZMA at the same time or if it would compromise the absorption of the zinc?
