Hi, I would love some feedback on my vitamin stack. I am 38yrs old, 5'10, 195lbs, I go to the gym 5 days a week, not a perfect diet but also not horrible and much better then it was a few years ago. I have done a ton of research and have tried a few different stacks the last 3yrs and I think I have now settled on what I am going to continue with long term. I have always used different supplements for overall health and the gym however what really started my research was a couple years ago I noticed a little decline in my erection quality, I don't have straight ED but some days I wasn't at my best. My wife is 8yrs younger than me, she's beautiful and wants to be active almost daily so I need to keep up and I want to keep up :)

Below is what I am currently using, it seems like a lot however after tons of research and trying a few different things I am pretty happy with this but I would definitely be interested in any feedback. Purpose of this stack is for overall health, keep my blood pressure down, immune system health, gym, keep Testosterone levels up, erectile function.....also I have a horrible stomach so I do need to be careful with certain things and keep dosages down on some stuff, for example Arginine absolutely destroys my stomach but Citrulline is fine and also certain magnesium's and other things I've tried over the years.

Daily...

Cialis (Ceebis)- 10mg
Cirulline - 2grams twice a day
Vitamin Ester C - 500mg twice a day
Vitamin D3 - 5000iu
Vitamin K2 - 100mcg
Zinc Pic - 22mg
DHEA - 50mg
Horny Goat Weed - 1000mg
Garlic - 1000mg
Boron - 3mg twice a day
Selenium - 100mg
B-Complex 100
Niacin - 250mg
Magnesium Glycinate - 200mg
Calcium - 500mg (I don't have a ton of this in my diet other then a little bit of milk in my coffee or cereal)
Ginger - 550mg twice a day
Probiotics

(I was using Tongkat Ali LJ100 for a while however just recently dropped that and added the Ginger, Magnesium, and Calcium and Erection wise I seem good if not better)

Some things to consider:
- It is apparently possible to give yourself SIBO by taking probiotics. Getting them to seed where you want them to is not well-understood, so you might want to look into that
- Glycine appears to be a very important anti-aging, anti-inflammation supplement unless you are somehow drinking large amounts of bone broth
- I never got much out of Horny Goat Weed. It is apparently a weak form of viagra, but I have found viagra to work well in combination with cialis so that is something to consider
- Watch Chris Masterjohn's videos on balancing niacin with MSM
- If you're not eating liver, you may need copper, but you should be eating nature's multi-vitamins, AKA liver and egg yolk
- I have found beet root powder to be a good source of NO, as far as I can tell
- Minimize vegetable (seed) oils as they can block omega-3 absorption. I general stay fairly paleo, otherwise lots of nutrient absorption/imbalance issues can occur

My gut feeling is that it's expensive urine...it's a lot of stuff, I take a lot of "stuff" but if you're happy with it and the results you get then this is all you need!!

Thanks for the feedback, I understand its a lot of stuff but I have also seen people taking more plus since most of it is vitamins and minerals mentally that makes me feel a little better about my stack if that makes sense. I have thought about what I could eliminate however certain things need other things to work properly (example D3 needs K2 which I recently learned and added K2.....Magnesium, Calcium and Zinc, for years I only took Zinc)…..I am going to lower my Calcium to 250mg since I do get some from my diet just not enough, I do try and keep this as cost effective as I can.....lastly to the guy mentioning Viagra with Cialis I have also done that, I would do 25mg of Viagra with the 10mg of Cialis however with this stack I have not needed the Viagra but maybe down the road when I am a little older I could revisit that.....I would love to use Beet Root Powder but it gave me diarrhea.

You might consider potassium too. Chris Masterjohn's "lite" series has a good set of videos on nutrients you could review. I take a lot of things intermittently (60 or 70 I would guess) but it looks like you have a lot of the basics covered.

Are you on T replacement therapy as well?
Curious as to how you responded to the DHEA @ 50mg....

I am not on T replacement therapy. I used gear off and on a few times in my 20s, maybe that is part of the reason for some of my issues but not sure.

DHEA is one of the first things i started with a couple years ago when i started my research on this stack and I dont plan on ever stopping that.

I'm considering stopping the Niacin, the Niacin flush can be annoying and its possibly messing with my stomach a little but not 100% sure on that, I did just recently add this. I get a little Niacin in my B-Complex at least.

This may be a dumb question, but I see alot of guys who claim they don't have ED but are still taking Cialis. Are some of you taking it for enhancement? Does it help with libido at all?

- Increase the magnesium to 450 mg a day.
- Take it spaced out from calcium.
- Boron up it to 10 mg a day
- Add omega 3s, 3-4 grams a day
- Dump the natural test boosters and try a high quality Mucuna Pruriens powder (dopamine and testosterone booster, lowers prolactin)
- Shilajit (anti oxidant, test booster)
- 2 grams a day Acetyl-L-carnitine

I use a product that has a lot of good ingredients at proper dosages in it. It’s by Controlled Labs called brainwash.

One 8 gram scoop. The price is good as all ingredients are top notch. And in the clinical dosages. Wait for a sale. Or I can give you av10% off coupon. They have many 20-25% off sales. That’s when I stock up. Take it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

Yeah I'm really tempted to pick some up. I already take some of the ingredients individually. Their mix would make it a lot more convenient. Plus it has some other stuff that I do not currently take that look to be useful. Thanks for the tip.

For me this is a staple. For the same reason. I take most of each ingredient separately anyway. But this has the best choline Alpha GPC, and stuff like lion’s mane and huperzine.
