These were taken a half hour before my LabCorp labs.

All looks good, but this is really a very limited window of your health.

I have never measured by Co-Q-10 blood level. Interesting!

Looking at their website now. Was this part of the Know Your Risk program? Did you do it all self directed and just take the materials to a LabCorp for them to draw blood?

Very low LDL-C and particle count...is this just from diet/exercise/genetics or does your lipidologist/cardiologist have you taking a statin?

AT this time I'm not using a statin, I have in the past. My LDL became to low with my diet changes. If I cheat my particle count can run very high. I do use metformin, thyroid meds and ezetimibe 5mg which may be considered a statin. My lipidologist has asked to stop using ezetimibe she is worried about my LDL becoming too low.https://www.excelmale.com/forum/showthread.php?2977-I-am-no-longer-a-hyper-absorber-of-plant-sterols

Good to know, Vince.

Keep that diet clean!

I go to clinic http://advlip.com/ I've been going there for about 5 years now.

Thanks. I'll have to call my insurance and see if they're in network. I have hyperlipidemia but have never really done any testing to see just how bad it is besides the cholesterol panel in my defy blood work. The naivety and foolishness that comes with being under 45... Hadn't even been to a doctor in 20 years before I had to go to a PCP for the defy pre-consultation physical check up.
