My last labs are on the right side, I believe my labs have improved. Especially LDL particles, I'm constantly working on my diet. These are in line with the last results? Stable?
More labs, taken on same day. https://www.excelmale.com/forum/showthread.php?8533-My-New-LabCorp-LabsAll looks good, but this is really a very limited window of your health.
I have never measured by Co-Q-10 blood level. Interesting!
Very low LDL-C and particle count...is this just from diet/exercise/genetics or does your lipidologist/cardiologist have you taking a statin?
Looking at their website now. Was this part of the Know Your Risk program? Did you do it all self directed and just take the materials to a LabCorp for them to draw blood?
AT this time I'm not using a statin, I have in the past. My LDL became to low with my diet changes. If I cheat my particle count can run very high. I do use metformin, thyroid meds and ezetimibe 5mg which may be considered a statin. My lipidologist has asked to stop using ezetimibe she is worried about my LDL becoming too low.https://www.excelmale.com/forum/showthread.php?2977-I-am-no-longer-a-hyper-absorber-of-plant-sterols
I go to clinic http://advlip.com/ I've been going there for about 5 years now.
I thought I read something written by Dr Sinatra that too low LDL could be harmful to brain function
