I was told today that I was no longer a hyper absorber of sterols. So of course I asked what changed. I was told when patients improve insulin sensitivity, they also stop being hyper absorbers. They have not seen any studies on this, only through their patients.
Hyper absorption of sterols increase LDL particles and also the small LDL particles.
