Got a question, I started to feel absolutely great after like 17 days after starting injections. However that feeling is gone:( I sleep better, I'm less tired, however I started to feel depressed again;/ do you guys think it might be due to elevated E2?

Was estradiol measured using the ultrasensitive test? In general your numbers are not bad at all. What else besides TRT are you taking? Height and weight?

Mood is not only linked with hormones, by the way. There are factors like sleep quality, stress/coping issues, low dopamine and/or serotonin, etc that can cause low mood beyond what may be caused by low T or thyroid.

Hi Nelson, thank you for your reply.

I'm on testosterone only. Apart from that multivitamins, good diet (almost no junk food), gym goer, no alcohol, no cigarettes or other drugs. My sleep has improved significantly since starting trt, however due to shift work (days/nights) my sleep pattern is not that great. I felt absolutely awesome 3 weeks into trt, now mood is ok-ish, I feel like tired (not like before trt however). Another thing I noticed is that I had morning wood every single day, it's not the case nowadays (no erectile dysfunction though). I got myself tamoxifen, should I give it a try?

method 'ECLIA System Cobas e' if that tells you anything Nelson? They did not know what 'ultra-sensitive' method is, direct translation did not work :)

Sensitive assay or not, your Estrogen levels are far over the reference range and this can cause all types of negative side effects like feeling fatigued, low/no libido, erection problems, sore joints and many more.

The symptoms you describe are correlated to elevated Estrogen levels as well.

You need to either reduce your Testosterone dose or discuss using a lose dose aromatase inhibitor as part of your protocol because this won't go away on its own.

Go to the forums and read about Testosterone side effects and educate yourself my friend!
