Mixing oily supplements

If anyone uses or has pointers, please share. I have cialis suspended in a thick oily mixture but it settles and sticks to the bottom. Shaking it does nothing. I have to warm it up daily and then shake for a few minutes. It is a pain in the rear for a daily dose. Does anyone have pointers for easy mixing of this type of thing?
