I stumbled across MintRX today. The seem to be selling a lot of compounded meds, including pt-141 as a nasal spray. They also list selling testosterone cypionate, prorionate, and enanthate.

Just wondering if anyone has any info on this place and if they are trustworthy.

I have not used them but have heard of them. I contacted them with questions about their T cream. They were helpful.

The molecular weight of PT-141 is about 1000 g/mol, while HGH is 850 g/mol.

Everybody already knows that HGH does not get absorbed intranasally, so anyone that sells PT-141 as a nasal spray, instantly creates impression they don't know what they are selling and don't care of their customers except of their money.

Bremelanotide absorption intranasally is demonstrated through clinical trials. The reason it is available as an injection only is because the absorption rates were somewhat variable even in individual patients, sometimes leading to hypertensive crisis. Also the reason it’s only now being trialed for approval in men. Women were easier because they lacked options, so the risks were not a complete dealbreaker as there was an unmet medical need. men having some available options meant it was unethical to do the trials with the BP issue hanging over. This is a less important concern after switching to the more consistently absorbed autoinjector, but not eliminated. Even now they are focusing on pde5i nonresponders probably to pass ethics board.
