Maximum hematocrit recommended with positive calcium score

I drank extra water this time also.

I don't feel bad with the lower testosterone number, but I don't have the same energy as I have had before.

You did a 360 here.

Cut your weekly dose too low.

If these are your trough levels then your FT is far from stellar as you are hitting 8.5 ng/dL.

Peak FT would be higher but far from being too high.

Easily have room to bring up your trough FT further if need be.

Most in the know would aim for a trough FT 15-25 ng/dL or upper 1/3rd.

You were struggling with elevated hematocrit when you were hitting a high trough FT 30+ ng/dL.

Would have most likely fared better keeping it around 15 ng/dL and your hematocrit would have still been within the reference range.

From your reply post # 8

Something to keep in mind here!

I think I felt best when mine was between 700 and 800. It was like 1190 this last time but I may have messed up the shots the weeks before. I think I feel best at 40 to 44 mg EOD and that kept my hematocrit down some along with going SubQ.

The difference from when I was on approx 40 mg and this time at 32 mg is that I am also using hCG and didn't know how much that would affect my total testosterone and hematocrit. I will increase the dose once I am done with the hCG.

Yes you easily have room to bring up your trough FT!

40 mg EOD SubQ. Hematocrit and T may actually be a little higher, I drank a lot of water before the test but I drink a gallon a day anyway. I feel good and didn’t want it any higher. I have some money again and may add back 1000 IU HcG a week because my balls have shrunk again. That will push the numbers some though.

Would not even waste your time being concerned with where your hematocrit currently sits.

Even then you are back to injecting a higher weekly dose of T 40 mg EOD (140 mg/week).

How long have you been on this protocol?

You most likely tested at the true trough and your current protocol dose T/injection frequency has you hitting a high-end trough TT 873 ng/dL and more importantly a trough FT 17.7 ng/dL which is healthy and far better than the very high trough FT 30+ ng/dL you were hitting.

You could most likely push it up a little further 20 ng/dL if need be without having a big impact on your hematocrit.

Yes if you throw in the hCG you will drive up your FT and estradiol further.

If you end up pushing your trough FT too high then you can just lower your weekly dose of T. otherwise you will be back in the same boat as before!

Glad to hear you are doing well!

7 weeks into protocol at time tested. I have my yearly physical in May and will check it all and adjust T dose down then if needed due to HcG addition to the 140/week.
