I’m currently prescribed 1ml/200mg a week and I’m splitting the doses every 3 days. I would like to split the dose to 3 times a week due to low shbg. How could I split this dose using a 3ml syringe. Thanks for the help.

Forget using a 3ml syringe.

Switch to a .5ml (50 unit) insulin syringe and draw/inject .33ml (33 units) on M/W/F which would be 66mg of T (198mg/week).

Minus 2 mg/week is going to make a shitlick of a difference.

If it truly bothers you then inject .335ml (33.5 units) which would be 67mg of T (201mg/week) if you are the OCD type.

Fixed insulin syringes are low dead space meaning a minimal waste of medication and it would be wise to use especially when injecting more frequently using lower doses of T.

Sure it may take slightly longer to draw/inject but there are too many benefits to deny such.
