Lump from subcutaneous injection

Hi all,
I'm currently doing a cycle of test cypionate and sustanon, and my doctor who is administrating my cycle recommended that I inject the cypionate subcutaneously (cant inject sust subcutaneously for reasons unimportant). Stupidly, last week I went ahead and injected with an insulin syringe into my belly as I would an HCG injection, before doing actual research and finding out that it is better to use a wider tuberculin syringe in the butt. Anyway, I developed a hard, painful lump at the injection site, and am wondering if this will go away on its own and i'll be fine, or if there is reason for concern.

Post site reactions are very common there's little to worry about and it will go away in a few days time.

Following up on this to see how long it took for your lumps to dissipate. This has just happened to me a few days ago. I've been doing IM for years but decided to try subcutaneous because I heard it was better... what a mistake that was! Apparently subcutaneous is not for me. Two tender, red swollen lumps on each oblique. They don't seem to be going anywhere and it's been five days. Any suggestions? Do I just wait it out? Going on vacation in two weeks, hope they are gone by then...

10-20 days for me. Used to massage them in the hopes of breaking them up faster, not sure if that sped things up.

Thanks for the feedback. That's quite a while. Tried massaging them last night and it seemed like that just irritated them more. Guess I just have to wait it out!

If you can get a warm massager. It should help take the lump away fast.

I do daily injection and on every third day. I do subq in my love handles. For me that's my best area for subq injections.

Sorry personally, I've never used one. Maybe that would be a good threat to start. The best heated massager.
