LOST and NO ONE To HELP

Good morning Nelson, new to site. I'm 61 yr-old and having issue with ED. I'm in the medical profession and LOSS!!! Problem started that I noticed about a yr-ago( but could of been longer). I've been disenchanted with recommendation given.... I live in Florida and seeked help after I saw a TV new's segment on treatment of ED, I underwent their recommendation(Gainwave, PRP) and thousand dollars later, nothing helped.. Later was informed my Testosterone was low(TT 250, FT 4) and they recommended TRT . Skeptical obtained a 2nd opinion. Lab's were reorder from a on line service (never seen doctor ordering Tx) but accessible on the phone. My repeated labs TT 328, Estradiol 13.6, LH 6.7. I started TRT on 09/2017. Since starting TRT do have morning erections but not sustained long enough for penetration. My drug regimen:Testosterone Cypionate/Anastrozole 200mg/1mg 200mg wk'ly..HCG 500iu twice a wk SQ., Cialis 5mg daily..My recent Labs 07/2018 TT 916, FT 23.7, E2 50.6, PSA 2.3, PL 31.5(which I ordered on my lab orders, after reading your post on your site). On my follow up appointment discussed elevated PL with my doctor and given a script of Cabergoline 0.25 wk-ly as per your site recommendation..Because of my failures in bed given a script of QuadMix which i have used twice with good results but wound like to find out the real problem. A colleague friend of mine performed a US a results were NORMAL CAVERNOSAL ARTERY STUDY;VENOUS LEAK.... Nelson or Gene HELP ME....

Do you have an SHBG lab test? Most would say given the issues youre having that E2 @ 50.6 is too high.

Is that Anastrozole mixed with the Cypionate? You wrote that as such, or do you have a separate AI dose?

yes it mixed in, my SHBG last yr 33nmol/L

Mixed like that is an absolutely awful way to do things. Now you can't adjust the AI dose, at all. Your E probably need to be closer to the SHBG of 33 or a bit under. Drs and clinics that do this are horrible.

more specifically...what is the drug name and tablets in what dose?

aromatase 1 mg which I was told to cut in half and take wkly prior noticing that was mixed in Testosterone used.

Its just baffling that in spite of poor E management on his part your Dr would rather have you sticking a needle in your penis...that's pretty invasive ED treatment.

That's how I felt as well.... Discuses earlier today with my partner(after another failure) I was going to reach out to someone for help...

Good, I really believe the nitric oxide does help. Don't be afraid to experiment with Cialis and Viagra find out what works for you. You may want to check your blood pressure daily to make sure you're not overdoing the ED meds. Since I started my nitric oxide stack and a good regiment of Cialis I get morning wood daily and good sex daily.

I was about to stop my TRT since it didn't seem to help my ED issues.
