Would long term use of clomid or enclomiphene harm bone thickness or structure from blocking the E2 receptors for a long period of time ?
Correct. In another thread someone recently posted some research showing that. The implication is that the estrogenic zuclomiphene isomer of Clomid is responsible for stimulating additional SHBG production by the liver. So with enclomiphene you don’t have to worry about the increase in SHBG you would get from taking clomiphene ?
In some cases, but others with very low SHBG have had no luck.Oh cool!!Its good news for people like me who has low shbg. So bottomline, clomid or nolva will increase SHBG right?
