Long Haul Flights TRT / DVT

I will be taking my yearly trip to Hawaii this December and now that I am on TRT, I have obvious concerns with possibility of DVT's.
.
One flight in Particular is 11 hours (London - San Fran)
.
Should I consider taking Aspirin during this flight? (many searches says this does not work)
My HCT is 0.492 (0.4 - 0.52)
I am a fairly frequent flyer on long haul flights but I think I should be aware of DVT's and take precautions such as flight compression stockings no matter how silly they may look.
.
Any advice from other frequent long haul flyers?

FOX1,
i have been on TRT for 4 years and have traveled to Africa many time since starting. That is a 17-19 hour direct flight. I do take baby asprin regularly. I do leg exercises regularly and walk frequently. It is a concern for anybody, not just TRT users

Dr told me that drinking lots of water and getting up to move often to move the blood is most helpful. Anything to really get the blood moving in the vessels will reduce clotting.
