What do you think is my hypothyroidism? No carbohydrates at the last meal the night before the blood test the next day. No sport the night before

My MANTRA has a section on thyroid.
Spend some time researching the links.
A wealth of info.
********************************
First step is education....
********************************
Cannot tell how much research you have done on TRT.
If not a lot, I recommend you get a few books.
Get a few good books and educate yourself now:
1. Get Nelsons book "Testosterone: A Man's Guide".
2. Get Lee Myer's book "Natural Versus Testosterone Therapy".
3. Get “Testosterone for life - Dr. Abraham Morgentaller “.
4. Get “The Definitive Testosterone Replacement Therapy MANual: How to OptimizeYour Testosterone For Lifelong Health And Happiness” by Jay Campbell.
These books will give you a much better understanding of TRT....

Second step might be to have a look at your thyroid and see if any issues there.
********************************
Do some research.
I do like Tiredthyroid as a starting point.
Easy to read sections.
References at the bottom of each section (and NOT from people wearing "tinfoil" hats)
See below:

I believe your supplements are fine. Have you ever had your reverse T3 checked, because of your symptoms you should definitely have that checked if you haven't.

I been thinking about Iodine use and what it may do. I read that you will go hyper when you start Iodine but you are to ignore it for 6 months. If you go hyper your RT3 will go up to compensate. This may be happening to some starting DHEA as well. I have use Iodoral 12.5 and Selenium for years. I didn't have labs for RT3 from before Iodine supplementation. My RT3 is top of range now. All other labs are close to what they was before Iodine. I wonder if the Iodine causes high RT3. If that is the case we are giving job security to the Doctors recommending this protocol.;)

I was always told not to supplement with more then 500mcg of iodine daily, at that amount you should be good.
