My question is about the following thyroid number, T4 specifically. Why did my t4 drop when upping dose of westhyroid?:

T4 direct (.82-1.77) range
T3 free (2.0 - 4.4)range

started:
t4 - .95
TSH - 1.95 (.45 - 4.5)
t3 - 2.0
reverse t3 (9.2 -24.1) - 16.2
antibody (0 - .9) - 0.0
TPO (0-34) - 17

2 months later on 1 gr. westhyroid
t4 - 1.4
t3 - 2.9

2 months later 1.5 gr. westhryoid
t4 - .92
t3 - 3.3

Just out of curiosity; what's your TRT protocol?

Dhea 25mg daily

I'm curious to see responses to this as well. Did you have TSH/RT3 taken at any of the followups?
