I've been fasting liquid only around 4-5 days at a time, which has been great for mental clarity and has reduced visceral fat, but it results in higher cholesterol and worse liver numbers as the fat gets broken down. I'm whole plant based vegan. I work out 7-10x per week consistently. I'm doing labs every 3 months because in roughly August I went off everything to see how I would do. It's been better than I expected. FSH and LH heading up as you can see, but still not much free and total T.

I'm not super private so I didn't redact anything. I'm hoping in another 2-3 months T will go up, but who knows. I'll likely sprinkle some hcg, clomid, and see if there's any effect. If no real progress by March I'll just go back to therapeutic T, a little hcg, and peptides and continue aggressive weight training, etc.
I'm not sensitive so no offense if you tell me how/what you think I'm doing wrong or what I might be thinking about the wrong way. Looking forward to any feedback/thoughts.
