Guys,

My fasting glucose tested came back today at 107, its been as low as 102 and as high as 118, but A1C has been steady at 5.5% which is normal.

I don't notice any itchy nipples, and I donate at RedCross. I've been feeling more tired lately, I suspect it being sleep related, Im going to record my sleep to see if I'm snoring.
I ordered the 4 tube saliva test, I'll have to wait for a day off to do that test.

itchy nipples or not, 61 is too high and needs to come down. Sleep quality, night sweats, grouchy PMS type symptoms...sometimes people say you can root down to one issue, itchy nipples, but that's far from reliable. I used to use that nipple status and ignored the other signs.
