Hi,
I am 33 years old, 175 cm tall and 75 kg weight, working out 4 to 5 days a week.
Relatively lean with a bit of fat in the lower abdomen and lower back areas.
Recently I feel that I have low energy with difficulty waking up in the morning and having to wake up 1 or 2 times every night to drink and pee, joints pain (knee and elbow).
I made some tests and below are the results:
TSH: 2.125 uIU/ml ref. 0.4 - 4.9
Free T3: 2.59 pg/ml ref. 1.7 - 3.7
Free T4: 0.9 ng/dl ref. 0.7 - 1.5
Total Testosterone: 4.58 ng/ml ref. 1.4 - 9.2
Testosterone (free): 44.5 pg/ml ref. 3.8 - 34.17
SHBG: 40 nmol/L ref. 18 - 114
Bio available %: 45.1% ref. 39 - 70
Bio Available Testosterone: 7.2 nmol/L ref. 4.8 - 15
Cortisol AM: 16.4 ug/dl ref. 3.7 - 19.4
Cortisol PM: 10.1 ug/dl ref. 2.9 - 17.3
Estradiol ( E2 ): 27 pg/ml ref. 11 - 44
Albumin: 4.7 g/dL ref. 3.5 - 5.3
I understand that my results are within the lab references, however looking at the normal numbers for my age, my numbers seem to be on the lower side.
Please advise if I need a TRT
Thanks.
