When pinning twice a week, Tuesday and Saturday, how long to wait before having blood work completed? I know if injections are once a week, say Tuesday, then you would get tested the following Tuesday before your injection. I'm not sure about the procedure for 2W

Pick the day of your injection but do your blood draw BEFORE you inject. So if you inject Monday mornings and Thursday evenings, do your blood draw Thursday before you inject as an example.

ERO's advice is on the mark. The goal of more frequent injections is to minimize the peak and valley problems that can present with once-weekly shots. Hopefully, you'll find that your levels will be relatively smooth.
