GP claims these numbers are "normal."

Full-blast low T, in your opinion? Or just "low-ish?"

Worth pursuing an endo or are the numbers too high to be considered for traditional TRT?

For a 29 year old who should be peaking these are low and what you'd see in a healthy male of about 60 years of age.

Something is suppressing your levels and you need to learn why.

There are many metabolic and endocrine pathologies that can cause this so you should search for an Endo who specializes male TRT...and please note, most Endos are not well trained in TRT for men so search correctly to get the right care.

Gene's last point, about finding a doctor who is experienced in male hormone replacement, may be the most important thing in his post. I struggled, a save countless others, until I connected with someone who knew how to play this game.

That's the hardest part, finding a doctor that specializes in trt.

You are not too horribly off. I would not introduce TRT at your age unless you have done this (specially weight loss and good sleep). May be you can expand on what you have tried.
