Lab Results and medium/low libido and ED

So I'm 47 years old; very healthy (eat organic, workout 4 to 5 days a week - although not much cardio at all), and low libido, some ED, etc.. I take a bunch of supplements as well (zinc, vitamin C/D/E/K, boron, NAD+, glucosamine, collagen, reservatrol, CoQ10, Alpha GPC, Mushrooms [agrakorin, chagg, lions mane], acetyl l carnitine, quercetin, b12, biotin, b complex) and I just started to briefly take curcumin and natookinase because of some leg injury and potential blood clot.. I think curcumin and lions mane are bad for libido, but those are only recent and temporary.

With that said, curious as to what can be improved so I don't have to take cialis :)

My estrodiol could be a little lower and my testosterone a bit higher? thoughts?

The higher levels of vitamin D will increase your estrogen, which could be forcing your pituitary gland to reduce testosterone a bit.

The testing method used for your Free T results are known to be unreliable, the equilibrium dialysis method should be used for better accuracy.

Cialis can change your T:E2 ratios favoring testosterone, lowering estrogen.

As you age your testosterone will drop further, TRT is inevitable if you want to restore your libido and erectile strength to it’s former glory.

I got some ED taking too much vitamin D (74), even with normal levels.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
