So I'm 47 years old; very healthy (eat organic, workout 4 to 5 days a week - although not much cardio at all), and low libido, some ED, etc.. I take a bunch of supplements as well (zinc, vitamin C/D/E/K, boron, NAD+, glucosamine, collagen, reservatrol, CoQ10, Alpha GPC, Mushrooms [agrakorin, chagg, lions mane], acetyl l carnitine, quercetin, b12, biotin, b complex) and I just started to briefly take curcumin and natookinase because of some leg injury and potential blood clot.. I think curcumin and lions mane are bad for libido, but those are only recent and temporary.
With that said, curious as to what can be improved so I don't have to take cialis
