L-citrulline Another good feed back

I have noticed the same thing. It seems like all of their stuff has gone up. I chalked it up to inflation but maybe it is just gouging. I load the l-citrulline into 500mg capsules. I make up a 300 at a time with a machine I got off of Amazon. I currently take 2g morning and night.

Any suggestions on other supplements that are good to stack with citrulline? I saw another user post L-Arginine but I was wondering if there are any other suggestions?

Read more about taking cialis, viagra etc with citruline I think there was a warning not to be taken together at the same time.

I take both with no noticeable problems that I can tell. I’ll have to lookin to this.
I have not experienced any issues either. I would suggest monitoring your blood pressure when you first start taking these together to make sure that you do not experience a severe drop in blood pressure.

I've been taking l-citruline and pycnogenol with fantastic results. Good thick hang, better erections, great veins, energy, ect. Zero sides for me. For years now.

Read more here. (I traded L-Arginine for l-citruline because to get the suggested dosages you need powder and L-Arginine tastes like it came from the 6th layer of hell)

I have. Citrulline works on one of the two pathways. Red Spinach which contains nitrate works stronger, faster than anything I’ve tested with strips… including citrulline and all forms of arginine. Had numerous patients test themselves as well. All agreed nitrate worked better and faster. I use both citrulline and red spinach extract. That way I target NO through BOTH pathways simultaneously.

Interesting. I've not heard of red spinach extract. How about a little where, what, who, why? Brand? Dose? Ect. Thanks!

I have a question about

AAKG Powder - Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate,

I have heart disease with stents, Can I take this or should I take L-Arginine?

How much of each are you taking? Once per day or split over different times?

I take two spoonfuls of L-Citrulline and one 60mg Pycnogenol a day - there is a study that I cannot find right now that I think had good results with greater doses but this really works well for me.

Usually take it with my morning coffee. I seem to recall (but please study it on your own) that one of the tests was performed with way higher doses, maybe 120mg of pycnogenol per day and 10-13 grams of L-arginine - but I can't recall now and I have found that much smaller dosages works well for me. I found it difficult to create that high of a dose (L-arginine or L-citrulline) from pills - as it would need to be a quite a few horse sized capsules so I switched to powder.

I like it with my coffee cause you can't hardly taste the L-Citrulline powder, and even if you don't want to mix it in a sipping drink, it is mild enough to mix with a shot of water and just down it - it mixes well and isn't horrid tasting. I find it sort of tastes similar to watermelon when you get too close to the rind and the flavor seems very watered down. If that makes any sense

I've had to stop supplementation of arginine and citrulline because they activate the herpes virus in me every time, once prompting an outbreak of shingles.
