Looks like less than a 4 hr drive. I am sure your circumstances are different than mine, but I'd be signing up if I had a provider that knowledgeable that distance away, I am really happy with Dr Saya/Defy via tele-consulation, but would be really nice to have face to face contact with a provider. Good luck, and please report back if you find someone worthwhile.
