Just starting

Just starting on TRT.
Take it easy on me...im trying to educate myself and provide my provider w/ info on protocol's as they are the only one in my area that would entertain helping w/ TRT....but have very minimal knowledge.I started w/ low FT and TT just below baseline w/ LabCorp and high E2 - 66 (non sensitive)...I will request that when I return in 2wks for new labs, as I didn't know about that until finding this site.
Currently .25A 3x week - day after, hcg 2x week - day before test 500iu, and .75 of 200cyp 4x a week all Subq. ( Not sure what that equals I'm using 1cc) and normal limits on CBC labs. I will also get the other labs discussed on this site in 2wks.
2 questions -
1. I've had about 11lbs of water retention for the past 2 weeks...my weight can fluctuate that much from one morning to the next when I weigh..any concerns that I should follow up w/ on this? No added sodium and started trying to eat healthier/ workout 3/4x wk. Since starting TRT about 1mo. ago.
2. I know w/o labs it's hard to suggest much if anything...but any issues w/ my above protocol right off the bat? Started AI as I had multiple symptoms w/ high E2 and they have subsided since beginning. Im trying to take minimal dosage to conquer the side effects and will adjust accordingly w/ routine labs.
Thanks for any advice, and glad I found this site to find answers!!!

150 split into 4...sorry was suppose to say using1ml syrreinge not cc...Starting to get over the initial start up perks I first experienced. So I'll be glad to get labs soon and see where everything is at.
Any concerns with that much water retention this early on? Or should it start hopefully getting better?

That makes more sense. No idea with the water retention; I didn’t get any but everyone is different. HCG could be a cause of that. I’d suggest holding off on the AI until you get labs. Otherwise how do you feel?

Im hoping ill start balancing out soon w/ the water. But otherwise am feeling good. I was on T only for about 2 weeks before I was able to inform my Dr. about the benefits of adding hcg. Since adding hcg (Im not sure if it was that the caused the below?) but I started getting some anxiety, hot flashes, low nausea, and complete energy drain. So w/ hesitation I asked for the AI and those symptoms disappeared w/ .25 and about every 3 days they seem to creep back in and the .25 is managing those. However, like you mentioned I for sure want to get the E2 sensitive test and manage/take least amount of AI as possible. Only other change is some of the initial energy/focus I had when first starting is not there, but again I know I'll need labs to try and get all my levels dialed in.

Yeah how long since you started? It can take 2-3 months for things to balance & you’ll probably feel up and down during that time
