Hello,

I just started TRT with sustanon250 0.5ml 1 time a week shot.

And the doc also told me to do 0.50 adex also weekly but I just did not start that one yet.

The plan is to do bloodwork 6 weeks after the start and adjust from there.

Does the 0.5ml weekly Sustanon should ok? (I think it is little in the low end or not to frequent enough)
And what about the AI is that really needed before bloodwork? when I'm only on test and no HCG.

SO far I do feel fine in just the Sustanon( just started I know but I believe I already feel some effect energy boost) and I read all about E2 can crash with the AI.

My plan is to add HCG, later on, to keep fertility for some time.

gonna have a call with my doc today about this but I wanted to know all your opinions on this?

Cheers

Whether you inject on a weekly basis or not rather depends on your SHBG level. Do you know what it is? 125mg of test a week isn't too low, though your dosage will depend on your next blood results and how you feel on that dose once settled in. No need for an AI in my opinion unless your E2 goes through the roof, which i'd doubt on your current regime.

Honestly I think .5mg Adex is starting out on the high side dosage wise without knowing how you respond to Adex, I have seen a lot of AI over responders lately who are only taking miniclue doses and knocking estrogen into the single digits.

Unless estrogen is high leading up to the first 6 weeks, I see no reason to start Adex.

Talked with the doc today he said to wait with the AI or only take it if I start to feel high E2.

So far I feel amazing:) ton of energy both in work and in the gym and just general feeling. (feel like a total energy flow in my body:))
Libido skyrocket:) even though I did not think I had a problem there
