Joints cracking, pain etc

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but I've been running TRT for 6 weeks now and having joint cracking for like the last 3 years. Knees, Ankles, Fingers, Wrists, and now neck. Also so lower back pain, but I do have arthritis from an old disc injury.

The cracking seems to have gotten a lot worse while on TRT, I run 50mg, twice a week, IM. I have low SHBG so I have to dose more frequently.

I'm 35 and feel/sound like a 60 year old man with my joints.

I have labs due next week so I'll be able to post then, but my libido has improved. Could this be estrogen related? Ive had bloodwork from many specialists (endo, rheme, PCP) and noone can find anything in my blood thats off.

My sugar is high but I think thats from the 10+ years of low T I never managed. I've cut out all processed sugar because I don't want to be a diabetic.

Starting to wonder if I have osteoarthritis or something which is scary. I don't want to lift heavy for fear of damaging my joints.

Impossible to say and wouldn't be helpful to you to start speculating and guessing but would be reasonable to say that given the history you say you have that is not TRT or hormonal. Best to have that Arthritis eval.

Look at uric acid as your more likely to have Gout with Diabetes. I see you say you don't want to be Diabetic but you said you have high sugar. You also say your low SHBG. Sounding a lot like Diabetes.

Joint cracking is a normal physiological finding that happens to most people, and also has a psychosomatic component. The more you dwell on it, the more you are aware of it occurring.

Sometimes joints can take longer to heal than say the rate at which your muscles grow, it's why I always tell those starting out at the gym to take it easy for the first several months while tendons and joints go through the healing process.

Also when my estrogen is high (low SHBG), joints are stiff and crack at the slightest movement. I inject 24mg every 2 days, estrogen was lower on a daily and felt better, but something about daily my body just didn't like.

What was it that your body didn't like about daily injections?

Skin problems that can't be explained, all the symptoms of liver disease with optimal liver function tests. All these symptoms disappear after returning to an EOD protocol.

Perhaps it's the fat surrounding my liver, doctors say it isn't causing symptoms, but...
