The ranges are important for informed discussion since every lab establishes their own set of parameters. I will say, without fear of contradiction, that your total testosterone is wildly low. By the way, do you have SHBG values?

The bigger question is, how many weeks after your last Nebido dose were these labs drawn? I know the marketing hype says that Nebidio is good for 12 weeks between injections but real-world is typically a lot less than that. 6-8 weeks depending upon the person and the dose is more realistic in terms of maintaning a decent T level.

Wildly low I totally agree as my emotions are all over the place, I'm Moody, get into an argument then crying afterwards,

7 weeks after injection I had my bloods done, and these are my results as above

I've had 3 injections all only 8 weeks apart, my endo said he'll do injections 8 weeks apart see how I do, so maybe he won't go lower than that, I've emailed him and await reply

There is obviously something wrong,

Lab ranges

Testosterone 248ng/dl to 836ng/dl
Free T4 10pmol to 20pmol
TSH 0.50 to 4.40 mU/L
FSH & LH it don't give a reference range
Neither does E2

If ye can advise what tests I should take I'll go straight back to my doctor,
Also my next injection is in 4 weeks, my mate has said take 1ml nebido every 2 weeks , instead of 4ml every 8 weeks, what do you all think ,

Or is this not something to consider yet bearing in mind my level is so low after week 7

If you take a smaller dose more often you are more likely to maintain a healthy Total T level and minimize any E2 issues, so yes, 1ml every 2 weeks is highly likely to be better than 4ml every 8 weeks.

Even if I convinced endo to give me it every 6 weeks, going on how low it is on week 7, I'm guessing it won't be much higher on week 6

No, most likely its just how your body metabolizes Testosterone. If your SHBG is on the lower end, you go through T faster than guys that have higher SHBG. Switching to smaller amounts injected more often should make you feel a lot better.

Ok, so I'll have my SHBG tested, and what do u think, when I have my next injection I might have bloods done every week for 8 weeks to see levels each week an see from that how and when I should be injecting

Every 4 weeks is often enough as long as you switch to 1ml every 2 weeks. It is clear than 4ml every 8 weeks is spaced too far apart to work well in your case, and this is likely to be true for a lot of other guys as well.

I came to this discussion late, so forgive me if I do not see this. What dose and frequency you used? When did you get your blood test relative to last injection? How many injections total?

Hi Nelson
I started Nebido 6 months ago, I've had 3 injections so far with endo agreeing them at 8 weeks apart.
This is my first blood test since starting trt, I had the blood test 7 weeks after my 3rd injection (maybe this is the issue, having said that is it normal to have such a low T week 7 especially if the norm is inject every 10weeks, I was happy my end agreed to every 8 weeks), it was 216ng, pretty low as low as pre trt,
Dose is 1000mg 4ml vial nebido every 8 weeks
