I went from 550 to 750 and dropped my SHBG a lot with the following. It’s a lot.

Vit b
DHEA
HMB
ASHWAGANDA
STINGING NETTLE ROOT
ZINC
BORON
MAGNESIUM
TONGKAT ALI

worked for about 2 years then slowly dropped to low 600’s. When I hit 500’s I’ll probably jump on TRT.

What dosages of each?
