Is my SHBG low, optimal or high?

I've just discovered that SHBG levels will determine what injection frequency is best for the individual.

My last two SHBG tests were 36 and 42, range 18 - 57 nmol/L

Are these considered high, optimal, or low?

lil on the high side probably going to have Free T numbers that struggle with that SHBG

Twe injection per week would be a good starting place at that SHBG level, more if having difficulty controlling estrogen.

Your SHBG should level off at about 30 on TRT which is optimal.
