Is it too late to start hcg?

I started trt a few weeks ago without hcg. If I hop on hcg now would it help my balls to get back normal size or is it only if you start hcg from the jump?

No, it’s not too late at all. Actually, it’s often recommended on this site to only start one thing at a time so I’d say wait at least 6 more weeks before starting HCG. Let your body adjust to its new environment and then add HCG if you’d like.
