I'm just wondering if, barring an exceptional circumstance, it's best to always stay in natural ranges on trt. I was thinking daily shots (stopping my peak from being supraphysiological) and keeping me below 1000 total T, e2 in a natural range, dht within lab ranges, etc was kind of the point of trt. Lately I've been seeing a lot of people using the cream which puts their total T at like 1800 or higher, their e2 in the 70s or 80s, and their Dht 5 times above normal. Is that really necessary or is it even "trt" at that point?

I would have to say yes. It's better for most to stay in your natural range. It would be nice, if I would have done my labs when I was in my twenties. Then I would really know what my natural ranges were. It may not be the same for everyone though, trt is very individual. It seems that guys who do testosterone cream, do better with higher DHT.
