Very roughly, the drop from peak to trough on that schedule could be around a third, so if for example you're peaking at 900 ng/dL then the trough could be about 600. This level of reduction doesn't seem to be a problem for most. The calculation assumes an apparent half-life of five days and a peak at 12 hours. A longer half-life would mean less of a reduction.
