I recently had labs done due to fatigue, increasingly poor sleep, frequent urination and poor recovery from exercise. I am a 35 year old male, very lean and muscular, with no history of drug use. Background is in science and healthcare, so feel free to get technical. Here are the labs:

My liver enzymes have been elevated for years, likely due to consistent heavy strength training. Will probably get a GGT lab ordered next time, however. My GFR is relatively low, but again I have much more muscle mass than your average male, so will probably order a cystatin c test next time as well. MCH was marginally outside of the reference range, which can indicate macrocytic anemia, but ferritin and hemoglobin were fine. LDH was high, but I feel again this is likely due to muscle breakdown from the strength training session a few days prior. T3 was somewhat low and cortisol mildly high, but within reference range. The thing I'm most concerned about is my blood sugar. For years, I've tested between 5.2-5.6 A1c and have consistently higher fasted blood sugar readings. Despite this, my fasting insulin is very low. Again, I'm very lean, do hours of intense cardio and strength training every week, and follow a meticulous diet. I would hate to see what my A1c would be without these mitigating influences. Does LADA seem likely? What other conditions can cause this? Thanks for your time.
