I'm on TRT only and have not touched orals, I did drink some back in the day and a few weeks ago I was drinking so maybe this is it i dont know. The AST level is higher than ever before so idk whats going on
The red blood cells are fine, I live in high climate and will be donating blood soon anyway
What can i do for the AST levels? I know with heavy training it may be elevated but i havent seen AST this high before (I am already taking organ/liver defender so not sure what this is)

Just retest it before drawing a conclusion based on what is at this point an anomaly. Labs make mistakes.
When I do CMP/CBC testing I try to be off the gym for at least 72hours because these can be sensitive to weights/high protein/increased muscle mass/etc etc

Ok, that's good to know. I remember reading that could be the case
After blood donation I'll re-run the CMP panel and see whats up in a week
Will have to take a few days from working out, I have actually been hitting the gym hard, heavy and eating good amount of protein daily so maybe that could be it since I'm not running orals

Thanks to both of you.. I'll re-run the blood work in a week

Solid advice already given regarding liver enzymes.

Regarding your testosterone levels although your TT 1109 ng/dL is not too high your FT 48.02 ng/dL is very high and your % FT at 4.33% is very high as most men do well having FT 2-3% of TT.

What is your protocol and where does your SHBG levels sit?

Are you using an aromatase inhibitor?

I would say your elevated hemoglobin/hematocrit has more to do with your high FT levels!

Yup, definitely agree with that

As for me I've been a little over 200mg a week for a while now and I'm going to have to lower my dosage since running over 200mg is taking a total in other places and I need to bring down those levels. Either way Ill give it a try and get some more blood work to see how it goes

Here is the very 1st thread you started July 2017
Concerning TRT BW results

On the 200 mg/week protocol your SHBG is only 11.

So where it stands on your new protocol we have no idea as you did not post but..... with the new labs you just posted in this thread running such high FT levels with a low SHBG is bound to cause issues!

I could probably reduce the dosage down to 125mg in a few months and see where that takes me but I do seem to respond well to 150mg

What is your SHBG level at now?

I would look into lowering your dose slightly as your FT easily has room to come down and it will bring your e2 down as of now you are managing the e2 with the use of an aromatase inhibitor and your hemoglobin/hematocrit will also come down.

Your FT is 4.33%.....most men have FT 2-3% of TT and your FT is over double the top end of the range and that is using the most accurate FT assay the gold standard Equilibrium Dialysis.

Right now you are basically running very high FT levels and constantly having to manage the high e2 (using the aromatase inhibitor) and the high hemoglobin/hematocrit (frequent blood donations).....you were dealing with all this BS back in 2017 when you were running 200 mg/week and are now as of 2019 still somewhat in the same boat managing high e2/hematocrit?

Why not just lower your dose slightly as it is not like your FT levels are average!

Good point, I have heard this before but didn't want to lower the dose even more
I did lower to 125 a few months ago in 2018 and I did feel different, If i remember correctly i didn't enjoy the 125mg but will give it another try and change the dose
Its just TRT for now so i've heard it before.. lower the gear

Just keep in mind that when one has low SHBG.....running FT levels too high can cause issues regarding excess e2/free e2.

Remember to that when one changes protocol whether increasing/decreasing dose during the first 6 weeks T levels are in flux until levels stabilize and it is common for one to experience ups/downs during this transition and if anything once levels have stabilized (6 weeks) you need to give it 2-3 months to truly gauge how your body responds to the new levels.

Many end up changing protocols too often expecting that after 6 weeks everything should be optimal without understanding that it takes time for the body to adjust to the new T level.

Slow and steady wins the race.

As we say start low and go slow but in your case it was the opposite as you started your trt protocol on the high end 200 mg/week with low SHBG to boot.....happens to many as they start out with high doses of T and in many cases never know that they could feel just as good running lower doses!

I have had to do some thinking and I don't think 150mg TEST per week is enough for me
I kind of want to step this up to 200-250 mg per week
I need it

Your current protocol!

Your TT is 1109 ng/dL but more importantly your FT is already really high 48.02 ng/dL over double the top end of the range and it is over 4% what are you trying to achieve here by running higher levels?

Two things stand out here.....we do not refer to testosterone as running gear on trt and we do have an interest in minimizing possible side effects when on trt.

You would be better served on the numerous steroid forums littered on the internet.

I have access to Tren ace, var, winny, dbol etc... i want to run something else other than testosterone
I see my levels are pretty high but im getting to the point where i want something more
