Hi, just wondering to get the most of trt . Is it better to inject your dosage bi weekly, once a week or does it matter.

Twice a week injections are ideal.

Once weekly is okay but not ideal unless you have elevated SHBG then it would be a better choice.

thank you for your response, I just figured it would be better spread out throughout the week. example 200mg,100mg twice a week .

Yes, inject 100 mg Monday morning and 100 mg Thursday night and you will get good results with less need for an AI as well.
