Injection...

Is there a difference if injected intermuscular or sublingual?
Yes, a big difference, injections is well an injection into muscle or fat tissue and sublingual is by mouth.

The problem with sublingual is maintaining therapeutic levels 24/7. The half-life of sublingual is 48 minutes, requiring frequent dosing throughout the day, by comparison cypionate injections half-life is 5-7 days and is typically dosed 1-2 times weekly.

Some men can’t tolerate near constant hormone levels 24/7, instead requiring a rapid peak and decline in hormones. I fall into this category.

There’s new oral options that offers a rapid peak and decline within a 12 hour period, Jatenzo dosing twice daily, few insurance companies cover it.

Creams are another option, and when done correctly, can be far superior to injections, more closely mimicking the circadian rhythm.

The majority of men on TRT use injections.
