I think I have adrenal fatigue

Has anybody on here ever had adrenal fatigue? If so what is the best treatment for it? My main symptoms are bloating and low energy especially after a workout. I can tell when I lift that sometimes i don't get a good pump like I used to when lifting. I also find it hard to sleep at night sometimes. It almost feels like a have low testosterone but I don't according to blood test. My recent blood test showed that my DHEA level was 295 ug/dl which isn't optimal levels for a 26 year old. I wonder if this had anything to do with my symptoms. I also find it hard to lose weight around my waist line. I also noticed that after my workouts instead of feeling pumped and stronger I actually feel weaker and my muscles feel softer and my body overall just looks puffy of softer than before i started lifting. It feels almost as if lifting weights is counter productive for me sometimes. Is this from elevated cortisol taring down my muscle tissue maybe??? It is very frustrating for me as Ive been dealing with this for awhile. I wonder if my adrenal glands never recovered.
