Could I be deficient in something? Pretty desperate

This issues has been going on since the beginning of 2016. I can always feel my heart beat. It feels like it’s beating hard like after you get done running or doing something active. It never goes away. It’s worse in the morning. Almost anxiety like but not anxiety as it’s constant. I’m on trt, thyroid medicine for having high reverse 3. So I’m only taking t3. Also just started Hydrocortisone for my adrenal fatigue. I feel when taking both the thyroid medicine and hc together it is making the problem worse but nothing I have been taken has even made this feeling better in the slightest. I take my blood pressure through the day and my blood pressure is good and my heart beat is not elevated. The only things I can think of is maybe I’m deficient in something or even maybe some kind of heart issue? Isk but this feeling and taken it’s toll on me. I do my best to ignore it and try to adapt to the feeling but it’s extremely difficult.

You may not be deficient, but perhaps too much of something. Excess thyroid hormone causes palpitations and some degree of exercise intolerance that is due to an increased heart rate and fatigue. It sounds like you're being mismanaged by your thyroid doctor. When my testosterone was low I had palpitations, more noticeable at night or the moment I moved fast.

Labs will tell us what's going on.

So your blood pressure and resting heart rate are in a normal range for a guy your age? Yet you can feel your heart beating like you just exersized? Strenuous exersize usually raised the heart rate and pressure. I'm a bit confused.

That said, there is a lot that can happen with your heart you won't find in blood tests. You have tried all 3 (trt, thyroid, cort) that bloods can check.
It is time to go see a heart specialist, asap, I am very surprised Defy has not told you to go do that.

Like Systemlord indicated, thyroid medication can be counterproductive if other variables are not sorted out.

HC therapy is great, glad to hear it, but if it's a work in progress and your cortisol levels are still sub adequate, then the T3-FT3 is going to be struggling to reach the cells, causing more of a pooling effect. The "hyper" like symptoms (anxiety, heart) can be a marker that this is taking place.

How much T3 are you taking/day?

I would suggest you eliminate any underlying, and potentially serious, cardiac issue. I wore a Holter Monitor for 24 hours to sort out an irregular heartbeat and fluctuating blood pressure. Things became clear when the results were analyzed.

I checked my blood pressure multiple times and along with my heart rate and neither are ever elevated. But yes I can feel my heart beat. Like it’s beating hard but not necessarily fast. It’s kinda hard to explain. But the same sensation as when you do anything physcial to her your heart rate up, or adrenaline. I’m surprised they haven’t either but I do have adrenal fatigue as well which I’ve been assuming has been causing my issues.this feeling has been going on since December 2015.

None of us are going to be able to offer you an answer as to why your heart is "beating hard but not necessarily fast." It may be hormone-related. It may not be hormone-related. I would urge you to focus on finding the specific answer.

I honestly didn't even think of it being heart related. I was so focused on it being caused by my adrenal fatigue. Thank you all very much.
It becomes so easy, when sorting out the hormone highway, to believe that EVERYTHING that happens to us must be hormone-related. So much can be attributed to hormonal issues, but they don't explain everything. Good luck sorting this out.

Thank you very much. Unfortunately as bad as my adrenal fatigue is I’m unable to work currently and have no insurance. Hopefully it will all work out in the end.

Get the WESTERN BLOT blood test to rule it out!!!!!!!!
BUT
Even that does have false negative's from time to time depending on how long you have been infected.
May not register if the infections was recent BUT should register positive if one has been infected for a significant time period.
Do some research on your own.
A LOT of great Lyme sites to learn more...
Again, here is one:

The western blot needs to be analysed by a lyme literate MD. It's not a test that results in a positive or negative. When mine was done for my diagnosis the MD analysed all the bands with me and explained why she thought I was positive. Basically she had been educated in that and it was a complicated process. Getting an appointment with a lyme literate md isn't easy either. Some people wait for years.

I get some of this...I overeat, too much salt and/or sugar, but then I think I get a blast of adrenaline in teh absence of Cortisol, my own unfounded opinion. Ive taken my BP and pulse with a wrist monitor and my BP is normal to mid and pulse isn't all that elevated but I can feel my heart pounding/racing. I had a full cardio workup a year ago with a clean bill.

Ratbag, You are correct in the need to find someone that understands the results.
What I would say is that if ALL bands were negative, I might not worry about Lyme (but still keep it in the back of my head).
If I had bands that were positive, I would start worrying... Even 2 .... Daughter ONLY had 2 positive bands.
Positive bands would be the point to be concerned and reeeeeealy seek out someone with experience.
CDC guidelines are crap, and if one met the CDC guidelines for having Lyme you would most likely be half dead...
Daughter did not met CDC guidelines and she was unable to work, much less get out of bed; shower; cook; go to the store.

Could a beta blocker at least hide this pounding heart beat problem? I’m at my wits end. Honestly I’m ready to just throw the toll on snd give. I feel maybe only 20-30% better then before starting trt, hcg, pregnenolone, dhea, all my supplements, thyroid medication and hydrocortisone. The pounding heart beat and palpitations are one of the worst symptoms I’m having. I just want them to go away! Or even subside a little bit. They never go away, ever!
