I can't figure out when my trough is?

I have searched, and cant seem to find an answer. I inject 70 mg Testosterone cypionate twice a week, every 3.5 days. At the same time I inject 400 IU's of HCG. Would the best time to get a blood test be 1.75 days after injection or does it really matter since I inject every 3.5 days?

You'd get it the morning your injection is due.
