How to use TRH Thyrotropin (Protirelin)

My question first.
Looking to replace 5mg/daily dose of Abaris
with
subcutaneous injections of
TRH Thyrotropin (Protirelin)

I am soon to be 80yo, sexually active male. 5'8", 150#
Using testosterone, thyroid, and other hormones, vitamins, minerals, etc, for the last 20 years
Periodic blood tests, LabCorp, Spectracell, DUTCHtest.

I am already injecting, HCG and MT2 (2x/week), could easily add TRH.

Seems like higher prolactin could be a concern with supplementing TRH. And if it pushes TSH up that could worry some doctors. It has a very short half-life in the blood, about six minutes, so I wonder how effective a single injection would be? These factors aside, it does sound somewhat interesting.

Indeed, from perusing the internet, I got the same impression.
But it seems like dr Pierpaoli (mentioned by Suzanne Sommers) did more detailed investigations.
Besides, prolactin is just one of the multitude of pituitary hormones.
Many of us would probably look forward having their LH raised.

Nothing like try and observe results.

When TSH is pushed up I would try to figure out FT3 and RT3 levels and temperature.
Another grain of NTH (maybe in order).

If used, should that mean that my planned 2/week injections should be done just before bedtime (or injections are not the way to go?

The half-life is from Wikipedia, though I don't see an underlying reference for it.

What's the theory behind injecting twice a week instead of daily? Personally I prefer injections when possible because of the reliability and repeatability.

Does TRH have any effect on LH? If so, by what mechanism? Is it indirect through GnRH? Reference?

Reading Wiki, personally, I would concentrate on a statement that its side effects are minimal.
And for the benefits, those that Suzanne describes in her book, and the people selling peptide write.
There the reference for rebuilding kidneys got my attention.
I know two peoples with marginal kidneys (both scared and unlikely to try what is not blessed by their doctor).

The 2x/week injections idea, comes from me already injecting HCG and MT2, so If I added at those times TRH I would not be poking my skin more than I do already.

I am sorry I am jumping in late. I really do not know much about this. It is a research peptide not compounded legally in the U.S.
Part of me is afraid to use anything that activates the thyroid gland due to concerns of long term hyper or hypothyroidism.
I just bought her book and will review it next week.

I can get either, Abaris (pills) or TRH peptide.
My question is really how to replace
Abaris (5mg pill daily) that Suzanne is successfully using,
with
injectable peptide.
Also, would that be for the better?

TRH acts on the whole pituitary (I think, and what Suzanne implies)
and not only on
TSH and prolactin.
Additionally, it improves the work of kidneys and the production of insulin in diabetics.

Other than what Suzanne says, it may be worth finding more from dr Pierpaoli.
I have not seen if dr Hertoghe was interested in TRH.

That would likely imply that as injectable
values of 200μg =0.2mg
may be better to try initially.
