How to Squat with TERRIBLE mobility

Great video. Made me laugh a few times. I stopped doing squats two years ago and doing only press.
Did it for too long and my lower back became stiff.
 
I love doing squats, personally they really keep my knees healthy. I love having flexible knees. Many years ago my best friend taught me how to do squats, he no longer does them. I'm glad that I continue.
