How to inject Testosterone Cypionate

I'm going to try. Is there really no difference at all between I'M and SubQ? One doesn't have a slight advantage over the other? I've dealt with low T for so long now, and since I've finally been prescribed the injections, I want to do everything to the best of my ability.
Some members report greater success with one method or the other. Feel free to do what works for you.

Thanks for everything Vince. I am already injecting air into the vial, but I will now try warming it first to see if I can do away with the 18 gauge needles. I don't get the big vial that the guy used in the video. CVS gives me four small bottles (1 month supply) of Test Cypionate and the bottles reads 200mg/ml, so I take 1/2 ml 2x per week.

Certainly drop the 18 G. That is much to large and will be a determent long term. I use 28 G 1 ml syringe. Others use even smaller. It takes a while to load but you don't want alot of shots with a 18 G.

There really is no difference between IM and Sub-Q injections. I've tried Sub-Q injections and don't like them. Other members really like them. It's just a preference thing.

No differences in terms of effective levels of T in the body except in a few individual cases, but as should be obvious, enough difference for Vince to prefer IM, and for me to prefer SubQ!

5/16" 30g here, works well with T cyp in grapeseed oil.

Reports are cottonseed oil is better with 27g or so. Sounds like with your body 1/2" is worth a try, and gauge depends on carrier oil.

Oh, and get insulin syringes. They don't have the wasted dead space that Luer tip syringes do.

The only reason I prefer shallow IM injections, I bleed a lot with Sub-Q. Maybe if I perfected my method, I would enjoy it more. I actually did try for a long time and never got it right.

So I’ve been using the Z-track method while injecting into my outer thigh for a bit, and I’m happy to report that I have yet to experience one single drop of blood coming out since implementing it. Before that I was getting blood dripping out quite often, due to my hematocrit lowering recently I believe. Just wanted to share what worked for me, and that I highly recommend trying it.
