How to get back libido

My hormones all in range just low SHBG 14nmol/l, I'm on TRT. If I don't use HCG Iget depressed mood, also libido no exist, if I use HCG get better mood ,a little bit increase in libio, if I use rhodiola I get goo boost in libio but after two weeks it's stop working, what I should try to get bacj my libido? There is something wrong with my adrenals? Because rhdiola goo boost libido, also panax gnseng boost libido, but not for long time.

The only thing I can think of, because you are low shbg guy. Maybe daily injections of testosterone may help your libido, the only way you would know is by trying. It can take months before you may feel a difference.

What is your protocol? I didn't start getting consistent libido and erections a couple weeks after I began injecting smaller doses EOD, I probably would have had access to both earlier on had found this forum sooner. Some low SHBG guys take much longer to get dialed in. Did you get a full thyroid panel before starting TRT? Reason I ask is because lots of guys also have thyroid issues and TRT requires thyroid to be optimal for TRT to work.
