Loss of libido and erections on shot day.

I've been doing 100mg of Test Cyp, split to 50mg IM on M and Th. I've added my hcg to the shot and am doing Nelson's protocol. I find my libido is dead and cannot get an erection if I try. Ive also found myself getting a bit of panic as well. Without labs, is this giving me a huge e2 boost that fast? I'm thinking of dosing my .25 of adex with my shots now to prevent this.

Were you all-good before you added the HCG? If that is the only variable that you changed, then it would be the most likely cause.

As ERO said, if that's the only thing that has changed and you were good before, that's probably to blame. Sounds like you've always taken the 50 mg twice weekly and now you're adding HCG. Yes, it can certainly cause an E2 spike in some guys, fairly quickly (it would in me). I AI with .25 mg and it is sooooo helpful.

It would be good to get some labs as well so that you can be sure and to see exactly what is going on. Discountedlabs.com is inexpensive and you get you test results via email very quickly if you need a source.

I have always had hcg in my regimen, it was just now that i switched from 250iu eod to adding the 250iu with my test shot and only doing the two days a week. Both ways my erections and libido were up and down, but it has been more pronounced on shot days now. Here are labs from my old way of doing it:

Progerstone <0.5 (<1.4 NG/ML)

DHEA-S 237 (167-592 ug/dl)

Total Test 1100 (250-1100)
Test Free 218 HIGH (35-155)

Estradiol 31 (<29 pg/ml) no sensitive test

Estradiol Free 0.73 HIGH (<0.45 PG/ML)

Estrone 54 (<68 pg/ml)

DHT 49 (16-79 NG/DL)

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
