How many MG is each pump of Androgel?

I may switch from compounded cream to Androgel. Currently I do 4 clicks of the cream to get 200mg.
If I use Androgel will I use it up quicker to get 200mg?

Androgel is garbage, even worse than Axiron and creams are more effective than both, injections are even better than all mentioned. You don't have to worry about absorption on injectables as 100% is absorbed.

With the cream my level has been 799 or so. Sometimes though I feel exhausted in the late afternoon. Is there a chance the levels significantly dropped by then? If the answer is yes. Won't you really feel the drop with shots since there is a gap in between the time you give the shots?

I felt a gap in between shots injecting once weekly, moving to inject twice weekly (every 3.5 days) eliminated the roller coaster of hormones and made everything super smooth. However I found this to be only partially effective and I still had remaining symptoms which moving to inject smaller doses EOD resolved. It's my belief I metabolize most of my free test within the first 2 days leaving me low for a day and a half until my next shot.

Injections requires more skill from your doctor. Low thyroid function can cause problems as well, most doctors allow thyroid disorders to go undiagnosed as the majority chase normal ranges all day. Often doctors will tell you your thyroid is fine, they bow to the God of normal.
