How do you do E3.5D ?

I'm still doing E3D but many here use E3.5D. That's every 84 hours? I like the idea of twice weekly but every 84 hrs seems a pain to remember.

You simply schedule one morning and evening every week. It's only harder to remember in the sense that you are remembering two times instead of one.

I inject T daily and still inject HCG Monday morning and Thursday night. It's now just becoming a habit, when I travel I just skip HCG.

I inject Sunday morning at 7:00am and Wednesday evening at 7:00pm. That just works for me and my schedule. Pretty easy to remember for me...

Twice weekly as stated above. Another option is 3 days a week. Monday morning, Wednesday afternoon & Friday night...it's really pretty easy.

Thanks everyone for your comments. What I just realized is that it's easier to do E3.5D than it is to do E3D because on E3D you cannot always remember which day you take it. Whereas on E3.5D it's the same days always. Good plan I'll give this a try. I wanted to lower my dose anyways so perhaps this will be enough.

Vince when I travelled I preloaded my syringes with both HCG and Testosterone and when I was checked I showed them my test Rx and all was good. I didn't refrigerate and after 2 weeks away I didn't feel any different so if there was degredation of the HCG I didn't notice it.

Yes, obviously remembering the days is crucial to long term success. But you want it to be easy too. Monday am & Thursday pm is simple to remember.

I really don't notice a difference, when a miss a few injections of HCG.
