How do you determine your HCG protocol?

I started TRT January 8 and Right now I am on 250 IU every week. Slight to no testicle shrinkage. When I take HCG with my test I feel like I had 5 cups of coffee. How do you determine protocol?

I would say you determine your amount of HCG by testicle size. If 250 iu works for you, then there's no reason to go higher. I inject 500 IU of HCG twice a week and I'm happy with my results.

I had started TRT with my GP who only did testosterone, no HCG. After a couple of months my testicles had shrunk dramatically....like 40% smaller. Once I added HCG and switched to Prime Body it took a few weeks of 1,500iu per week to get them back to 80% maybe 85% of their original size. These days I need 750 to 900iu to maintain. I don’t notice any difference in how I feel using HCG, literally the only difference is my testicle size.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
