Hi:
I'm in TRT. Today I've received my blood test results. My hematocrit is very high (54.7%). I was thinking to make myself a 600 cc phlebotomy. It is not be not the first time I have been done it. It's not too much complicated for me.
It is possible to do it or is it too much quantity for one time???
Is there something I would need to know for the hours after the phlebotomy (hydration, for example)???
It would be possible to train the day after or is it better not to do it??
I think that with 600 cc phlebotomy my hematocrit would decrease in a 3 %??? Is ti more or less accurate this estimation??
Thanks

My hematocrit was going ok for years but for some reason it has raised a lot in the last months. I have been smoking four o more cigarettes per day. I know it is a bad practice for mantain a good hematocrit level....
