High Hematocrit and symptoms?

Hi guys, been getting headaches like pressure behind eyes and back of head, today felt weak as hell legs like jelly and dizzy nauseous, weakness lasted 15 20 min, headaches longer took pain relief, are these symptoms of high hematocrit?
I've doctor appointment Wednesday

are these symptoms of high hematocrit?
This could be caused by a number of different things. No, these symptoms are most likely not high hematocrit.

These symptoms of yours sound pretty familiar to me and takes me back to when I had iron deficiency without anemia.

It sounds as if you’re just guessing what the problem could be without knowing one way or the other.

Did you take an aromatase inhibitor Arimidex or Anastrozole?

No, nothing like that, just Nebido every 8 weeks

lol I meant the OP, but that is a BP to brag about ;)

also could be a blood glucose with slightly elevated BP... but ya COULD be hemocrit increasing BP aswell, but obv no way anyone can know..

does it seem to get worse day or 2 after injections and resolve day or 2 before next injection?

anyway, i have 400 or so ferretin so dont know the feeling of low iron lol.

having low iron is pretty rare for males who eat meat..

CBC will not necessarily show iron deficiency without anemia in the early stages. Ferritin, iron saturation, and MCH are a better test for iron deficiency.
Im not agreeing hes iron deficiency without anemia but suffering from high H&H a CBC is the economical approach, if those numbers check out he will need more extensive lab including an iron panel.
